Conveyances and Property houses will always request standard reports. Not compulsory and not often thought of, until to late is a report from an Arborist covering the trees on the property , what damage they have done, or have the potential to do.

Tree work can be expensive and potential purchasers are often not aware of the danger a tree might pose, its potential to house termites, its likely longevity or the impending cost of removal.

Another consideration is weather council will allow you to develop your land and what effect the trees on the property will have on your proposal.

Our Arborists are Diploma or level 5 Arborist capable and experienced in writing reports for local Council, the Land and Environment Court and pre design reports for architects.
